Compact Pretreatment Plant

Compact wastewater pretreatment plants integrate screening, conveying, lifting, dewatering, compaction, desanding and degreasing into a single unit.

The Compact Pretreatment Unit mechanically pretreats wastewater in a customized form that can be mounted on a concrete base and can be moved and transported. Small size and small footprint. This makes them ideal for applications where space is limited. In addition, they are often easier to operate and maintain than conventional pretreatment systems.

Compact pretreatment plant working principle

Compact wastewater pre-treatment unit consists of treatment of sand sedimentation tank box, spiral grating machine, horizontal screw conveyor, inclined sand lifting machine, scraping machine, slag guide pipe, aeration fan, flushing pumps and in situ control cabinets and other components.

Sewage from the lifting pump firstly enters into the pre-treatment integrated machine opening screen channel, through the opening screen, most of the solid particles in the sewage waste intercepted in the front of the screen mesh, through the spiral grille comes with the slag lifting screw upward, slag lifting screw installation angle of 35 °, through the change of pitch to achieve the slag slag dewatering; sewage through the opening grille, self-flowing into the advection sedimentation tank tank box, sewage sand grains under the effect of gravity The sand particles in the sewage will settle under the action of gravity, and the sand and water will be separated, the water will be overflowed out of the tank, and the sand will be sunk to the bottom of the tank. Sand sinking to the bottom of the tank is transported to one end of the sand hopper through a horizontal screw conveyor, and then the sand grains in the sand hopper are lifted to the discharge port of the tank through an inclined screw, and the sand is further separated in the process of transportation, so as to ensure that the water content of the sand at the discharge port is not greater than 60%.

Aeration blower for sewage pre-aeration, due to the role of gas, wastewater organic particles are often in suspension, sand particles rubbing each other and bear the shear force of aeration, organic pollutants attached to the sand particles can be removed, and is conducive to obtaining a more pure sand particles. Under the action of centrifugal force in the cyclone, these sand particles with higher density are thrown to the outside and sunk into the sand collection tank, while the density of small organic matter with the water flow forward to be brought to the next treatment unit. In addition, aeration in the water can deodorize and improve water quality, which is conducive to subsequent treatment, and can also play a pre-aeration role.
