Peripheral Driving Sludge Scraper

The peripheral drive sludge scraper is suitable for sludge discharge and slag removal in circular spoke flow sedimentation tanks with a diameter of more than 15 meters in water plants or sewage treatment plants.

It adopts center water intake and mud discharge and peripheral drainage to ensure even water flow.


Working principle

The working bridge rotates slowly along the periphery of the pool under the driving device, and the scraper on the scraping arm scrapes the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool to the sludge collecting pit, and then discharges it out of the pool through the sludge discharging device. At the same time, the upper scum collection device collects the scum floating on the water surface to the scum discharge hopper and discharges it out of the pool.
